Collection: In Person Warrior Workouts

These classes are all interval circuit training sessions taking advantage of all different equipement inside the gym. These sessions are led by Coach Christine who will guide you and provide modifications for all exercises, allowing you to go at your own pace and fitness level. Coach C will guide you on proper form and technique, reducing the risk of injury and maximizing the effectiveness of your workouts. These interval circuit training sessions are designed to be inclusive and suitable for everyone, whether you are just starting out or already at an advanced level.

In person classes are offered at VERV Wellness, 15 Shirk Place Kitchener.

Online Warrior Workouts

Join me online inside The Warrior Women Tribe paid membership each week for a total body workout right in the comfort of your home. All classes are timed interval circuits with modifications shown for all exercises so you can do it at your own pace and fitness level. These workouts are for everyone whether you are just starting out or more advanced.

Nothing is impossible but challenging (in a good way).

No class is the same as I like to switch up the circuit styles, exercises and time intervals. We do a lot of traditional and functional exercises to optimize building lean muscle mass, strength and of course toning and fat loss.

I workout with you, encourage you and motivate you in each class!

Each class is 35-45 minutes from start to finish and all classes are recordedwhich then get uploaded inside the membership for you to do at your own convenience.
