Collection: Online Fitness Classes

Join me online for a total body workout with minimal equipment right in the comfort of your home. All classes are timed interval circuits which I show modifications for all exercises so you can do it at your own pace and fitness level. These workouts are for everyone whether you are just starting out or more advanced.

Nothing is impossible but challenging (in a good way).

No class is the same as I like to switch up the circuit styles, exercises and time intervals. We do a lot of traditional and functional exercises to optimize building lean muscle mass, strength and of course toning and fat loss.

I workout with you, encourage you and motivate you in each class!

Each class is 35-45 minutes from start to finish and all classes are recorded and can be sent if the live times don't suit your schedule or if a class is missed.

  • resistance band with handles
  • mini loop band (optional but preferred)
